Designer Wine making at Home
The recipe to wine making is simple. A fruit juice or any sweet juice of your choice. Add water, two tea spoons of yeast, and a few spoons of sugar. I never measure but follow only one rule. If it tastes good before fermentation the chances are it will after fermentation. Let it ferment for about two weeks and then transfer to a bottle and refrigerate for a couple of days and it is ready to drink. The longer you leave it in the fridge the better the wine gets. Enjoy!

The process of wine making
Step 1: Extract juice of Fruit or crush fruit to a pulp. Add sugar and water to desired taste and consistency. Add 2 teaspoons of yeast for a bottle of wine.
Step 2: Store it in a can with a hole on the top. Cover with a rubber glove to see fermentation take place. When the gases in the glove subsides the first fermentation is over. You can cover with a cloth if you run out of gloves but then the process is not so well exhibited.
Step 3: After the first fermentation pour in to containers and store in a fridge. Pour out in to different containers a couple of times to get rid of sedimentation.
Step 4: When the wine has cleared typically in a couple of days. Pour out in to a glass and enjoy! Cheers.
